Fax to Email service emails being blocked by Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange Online

Below are instructions to ensure emails from the vGRID Fax to Email services are not blocked by Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange Online

You will need an account with access to the tenants Exchange Admin Center.

  1. Log into Office 365 Portal and navigate to the Exchange Admin
  2. Click on the Protection menu option
  3. Click on connection filter menu option in the right hand panel
  4. Click on the edit button (pencil)
  5. In the pop-up window, click on connection filtering
  6. Click the + button and enter the following address " 124.157.126.51 "
  7. Click the + button again and enter the following address " 124.157.97.39 "
  8. Once both addresses are listed, click the Save button

* Note: Changes made in the portal can take up to 24 hours to propagate - please allow at least 30 mins before testing to see if services have been restored.
