VMware Cloud Director Advanced Edge Gateway

Accessing Edge Gateway Settings

Tenant Portal:

1. Click the Edges menu
2. Highlight the Edge Gateway that you wish to modify
3. Click on Configure Services

Modifying Firewall Rules

Click on the Firewall tab to edit your firewall rules

To add a new firewall rule click the  button

To edit a rule, click in the section of the rule that you need to modify and adjust.

To disable a rule, click on the  beside the rule No.

To enable a rule, click on the  beside the rule No.

To reorder the rules, highlight the rule and click on the or  buttons

To remove a rule, highlight the rule and click on the  button

Once you have made your changes, click 'Save changes' 

Modifying NAT Rules

Click on the NAT tab to edit your NAT rules

Adding a Destination NAT, click the  button

Adding a Source NAT, click the  button

To edit a rule, highlight the rule and click on the  button

To reorder the rules, highlight the rule and click on the or  buttons

To remove a rule, highlight the rule and click on the  button

Once you have made your changes, click 'Save changes'
