How do I manage credit cards for my vGRID account?

In order to bill for services on vGRID, we require that you assign one or more credit cards to your account.

Add a credit card

  1. Log into your vGRID account at
  2. Once logged in select Account in the side panel, then select the Billing tab.
  3. From here, you can add your credit card details into the Payment Express form.
  4. Once your first card has been added it will be used for all future billing.

Removing a card

  1. Perform steps 1 & 2 from the first section
  2. Next to the card you wish to remove, click the Remove Card button as pictured
  3. To ensure that there are no issues with billing in the future, please check that at least one credit card has been added for your account after removing your card
