- Log into the Customer Portal - https://customer.vgrid.nz/
- Click on Services > Virtual Servers menu option
- Click on the 'Settings' button of the Virtual Server (VM) that you wish to change
- On the General tab, click on the 'Change Solution' button
- Click the 'Select' button next to the back plan that you wish to have applied to the VM, then click the 'Confirm' button at the bottom of the page.
Please note: Changes to your backup plans may take up to 24 hours to take effect.
