vGRID SSL VPN - User setup

Below is the article on how to provision local SSL VPN user account on a vGRID virtual firewall that is used within a hosted environment.

• Please note that is based on the standard vGRID configuration.  And additional configuration / setup with two factor authentication are not covered by this article. 

Create the user logins on the Firewall

Log into your vGRID Virtual Firewall (Sophos)

Go to Configuration > Authentication menu and click on it

Go to Configuration > Authentication menu and click on it

Click on the "Users" tab and then the "Add" button

1. Enter the Username [login name]
2. Enter the Name [display name]
3. Enter the password
4. Enter the same password again for confirmation
5. Under Group *, select the group 'SSLVPN_Users'
6. Click Save at the bottom of the screen
