Below are instructions to ensure emails from the vGRID Fax to Email services are not blocked by Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange Online
You will need an account with access to the tenants Exchange Admin Center.
- Log into Office 365 Portal and navigate to the Exchange Admin
- Click on the Protection menu option
- Click on connection filter menu option in the right hand panel
- Click on the edit button (pencil)
- In the pop-up window, click on connection filtering
- Click the + button and enter the following address " 124.157.126.51 "
- Click the + button again and enter the following address " 124.157.97.39 "
- Once both addresses are listed, click the Save button
* Note: Changes made in the portal can take up to 24 hours to propagate - please allow at least 30 mins before testing to see if services have been restored.
