Enabling Two-factor Authentication in vGRID Partner Portal

To enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your vGRID Partner Portal account

1. Go to: https://partner.vgrid.nz/
2. Log in with your email address and password
3. Click on your name in the top right hand corner

4. Click on "My Login Profile"
5. Click on the "Two-factor Authentication (2FA)" tab

6. Follow the instructions:
   • download a two-factor authentication application like Google Authenticator or Authy, if you do not currently have one.
   • enter the 32 character key shown in the Partner Portal into the app (unfortunately the QR code generator is not available at the moment).
   • Once the key has been input, the authenticator app will provide a unique verification code.
   • Enter this code into the Verification Code field and click Verify button
7. Once verified, your account recovery codes will be displayed.  Please save them to a safe place in case you lose your device.  These are one-time recovery codes to allow you to log into your account without 2FA.

8. Finally, click the Back button
