How do I manage credit cards for my vGRID account?

In order to bill for services on vGRID, we require that you assign one or more credit cards to your account.

Add a credit card

1. Log into your vGRID account at https://customer.vgrid.nz
2. Once logged in, select Account in the left hand menu
3. Select the Billing tab.
   • • To add a credit card to your account for the first time, Click on the Add Credit Card button
     • To change an existing credit card, click on the Change Card button
       
4. A popup window will open and you will need to enter the details of the card that you wish to be charged:
   • • Card number
     • Name on the card
     • Expiry month
     • Expiry year
     • CVC number
5. Click the Submit button.
6. Wait for the validation to confirm that it was successful and then click the Next button.
7. You should returned to the vGRID Portal.
